The HIM department is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Physician Offices
If their office is set up to receive communication from the medical record system a copy of the visit information will be sent to the patient’s Primary Care Provider on file.
Non-Primary Care Provider or specialist offices may request records by contacting the TidalHealth Health Information Management Office at 410-543-7075 or by email at inforelease@tidalhealth.org

Your Doc’s In clinics will not provide complete medical records at time of visit nor to patients who walk in after a visit.
